Your farm, city, or park is unique. Never are there two of the exact same fields, layouts, or geography, yet we have come up with proven standards and procedures in getting customers with little to no automation fully automated. You do not need any knowledge automation, or sophisticated computer skills to have an automated irrigation operation. Automation simplifies things, as it does critical and non critical tasks for you!

Every application is Unique, yet the same.

Expensive (not to have one)

An Automation system is your workforce that has been extremely well trained in managing your irrigation operations. Always on time, never sick, an expert at data management, and always looking for ways to save costs, and increase efficiency. An Automation system pays you. It pays you in productivity, time, efficiency gains, and once you pay the creators of it, you never have to pay for it again (depending on which system you choose).

Saving resources

An Irrigation Automation system, such as IRRInet, monitors, and changes just that, irrigation operations. This includes

  • Moving Water– Starting and Stopping pumps and/or valves that feed from the water source and delivering it to the correct area, at the right time.
  • Measuring-Gathering data such as flow, pressure, and water accumulation to provide the you and the system insight as to what is happening. Are things operating as the should be? If not, what is wrong?
  • Changing-Irrigation is dynamic. Or so it should be. It must correlate with real-time conditions (what is happening now), and must also consider operational needs. The system changes things such as Irrigation Schedules, Pumps Working Power and/or time, sequence (in some cases, to maintain flow demands), Fertilizer quantities or time, and start/stop operations for example.
  • Command-It must receive and send out commands from it’s irrigation management system, and from you, when you so desire.

When this is done precisely, and reliably, your operation realizes bottom-line benefits that cannot be ignored. As it is becoming more apparent, water-using entities must precisely manage their water resources not only to save water, but to increase efficiency.

Labor savings does not mean less jobs

With growing demand for food, public services, and water overall, automation ensures reliable and efficient delivery of demand is maintained. Workers who were previously managing irrigation operations can now be reassigned to production, administration, or other areas of the operation. keep in mind (depending on the size of your operation), a system operator(s) still need to oversee the automation system.

If you prefer GSM or other communication methods, IRRInet M does not fall short. With available RS 485/RS232 (wired), or Cellular. But Really, Why?

Automation Simplifies.

Don’t be intimidated by automating. We make it simple for you. Using advanced technology, we can gather simple information from you that will enable us to configure a unique, and optimized irrigation control system. We use a standard procedure in configuring all systems. This ensures reliability, and cost-effectiveness.

What’s Involved

  • First– Contact Us. We will reach out to you within 24Hrs via your preferred method of contact, and will ask a few simple questions. This includes: Where are you located? What is it that you irrigate? Your budget? and to please explain how irrigation operations are currently run.
  • Second-We will ask you to send a map (or Google® Earth) file that has irrigation operations marked.
  • Third-We will create an optimized system, and send you a proposal
  • Fourth-We will connect you with a local Branif Systems Dealer, or work with you directly if such a dealer does not exist. It will take 30 days before we or a dealer comes on-site to install your system.
  • Finally-We will thoroughly train you on how to operate your system, access it remotely, and make changes. You will be assigned a designated rep for the life of your system, that you can call anytime to help you with anything.

Note: You have the option to partially install your system. This includes mounting the equipment to it’s' location, running wire to the units, and power. This will save money overall on the installation cost.

Overview

  • Automating is a tool that enables your operation to be efficient, and has a lasting positive bottom-line impact.
  • Branif Systems does all the hard work; we make it simple to automate using advanced technology and expertise.
  • The cost of Automating is quickly overcome by savings of resources, and efficiency gains.
  • Standard procedures are used throughout the configuration process that provides a tried and true method to your system design.
  • Automation overall simplifies  Irrigation Operations.
