However, managing multiple remote pumps across their vast farm was becoming a time-consuming task. Seeking a fail-safe and fool-proof solution, they turned to Branif Systems to bring wireless pump control to their system using the power of Motorola.
Our customer faced the challenge of synchronizing multiple remote pumps while operating a single VFD control panel. They wanted to streamline the process, eliminating the need for time-consuming trips around the farm to manually manage the pumps. They needed a wireless solution that was reliable, user-friendly, and compatible with their existing VFD and PLC equipment.
After evaluating the customer's requirements, Branif Systems recommended the game-changing Branif DirectConnect solution. Designed with simplicity and efficiency in mind, this wireless pump control system offered the perfect answer to our customer's needs.
Branif Systems customized Motorola MOTOTRBO Digital UHF radios to operate in telemetry mode. Once the panels were carefully installed across the farm, we were easily able establish seamless communication between the VFD PLC panel and the remote pumps. The distances spanned several miles, which is no problem for Motorola Digital Radios. With a custom code plug tailored specifically for the customer's requirements, the pumps are turned on and off automatically as the Yaskawa PLC commands from the central control panel, eliminating the need for time-consuming manual operation.

The wireless solution proved to be a fail-safe and fool-proof method for synchronizing the remote pumps. Gone were the days of driving around the farm to manually manage each pump. With a simple setup and no complex configurations (or software!) required, our customer now had complete control over their pumps from a single panel.
Branif DirectConnect didn't stop at efficient pump remote control. To ensure the safety of the equipment and prevent any potential damage, the master radio incorporated a smart safety feature. It continuously monitros the "heart beat" of the remote units, promptly shutting off the pumps if any signal is missed. This added layer of protection gave our customer peace of mind, knowing that their pumps were safeguarded at all times.
